How can I pay online?

Currently we only accept payments made via Paystation, Masters and Visa. Do also note that we do not accept payments made via ATM transfer. Simply key in your card/ account details and you can expect your order at your doorstep in 7 days within the UK!

 

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Deliveries are made within 7 days to UK addresses. International addresses may have longer delivery times.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after confirming it?

Please contact us ASAP and we may be able to cancel your order. In the event we are unable to cancel you can return the item once you receive it.

 

How do I exchange an item?

In order to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item back to Hugostyle and re-order. Simply contact us to let us know, then return your unwanted item(s) within 14 days. The 14 days begins on the day after, you have received the goods

When the item is returned you will be refunded for the item within 2 working days.

Please note that clothes must be in their original condition when returned (new, unused and unwashed) with tags.

To return your item please contact us or sign into your account to arrange a return request.

A fee of £3.99 shall be charged for UK returns that require Hugostyle to arrange the return shipping.

I have a discount/promo code, how can I use it in paying for my orders?

Click on your shopping cart located on the top right. Simply key in the code into the box “Promotional Code” and click “Apply Coupon” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding on to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it in during the check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

 

How do I order?

Simply just select your desired item(s), adding it to your shopping cart and once you have finalized your order, click on your shopping cart to check out for payment. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

 

How do I track my order?

You can track your delivery using the following steps:

  1. Sign into ‘My Account’ 
  2. Select ‘Order Tracking’. This is located under ‘Account Options in the menu.
